Chi Kung Animations

Literally translated, chi kung means energy work. This ancient practice contains components of both meditation and exercise. There are many different types of chi kung, which can be done standing, sitting, or lying down.

The word chi means air, breath, or vital energy. Kung is loosely translated as hard work or results achieved over time with effort. Chi kung includes breathing techniques, metal visualization, postures, and slow movements. It is typically practiced on a daily basis; with time and patience, you can develop fabulous states of vitality and well-being using chi kung.
